  • Penn Station (Moynihan Train Hall) -  4 miles from the Hotel without traffic it will take 20 minutes.
  • Grand Central Terminal -  5.9 miles from the Hotel without traffic it will take 18 minutes.

  • John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) -  25.6 miles from the Hotel without traffic it will take 40 minutes.
  • LaGuardia Airport (LGA) -  15.8 miles from the Hotel without traffic it will take 30 minutes.
  • Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) -  15.7 miles from the Hotel without traffic it will take 30 minutes.

 What day does the Hotel Room Block close?

• The room block will close on Friday, January 12, 2025 at 11:59 pm EST. 

 I didn't register for the Board Meeting before the registration site closed on February 3at 11:59 pm EST; Can I still attend?

• You must register for the Board and Annual Meetings in order to attend in-person before the registration close date of February 3 at 11:59 pm EST. Please let us know ASAP if you've changed your mind about attending. This only applies to in-person participation.

 Can I bring a Guest to Annual Meeting and Board Meeting?

• Yes, you may bring a Guest. All Guests must be registered by a Board or Foundation Member via the Registration Site.
