What day does the Hotel Room Block close?

• The room block will close on Monday, February 2nd, 2026 at 11:59 pm EST. 

 

I didn't register for the Board Meeting before the registration site closed on Monday, February 2nd at 11:59 pm EST; Can I still attend?

• You must register for the Board and Annual Meetings in order to attend in-person before the registration close date of Wednesday, February 11th at 11:59 pm EST. Please let us know ASAP if you've changed your mind about attending the meeting in person. 

 

 Can I bring a Guest to Annual Meeting and Board Meeting?

• Yes, you may bring a Guest. All Guests must be registered by a Board or Foundation Member via the Registration Site.

 

 I won't be able to attend the meeting or the additional events. Should I let you know?

• Yes, please email Dawn Chase at dchase@naacpnet.org and cc tjefferson@naacpnet.org as well as complete the registration checking "You Will Not Attend"
