The Campaign for Community Healthcare State Policy Join Bootcamp is designed to help community-based organizations understand how current federal and state health policy decisions affect their communities and identify practical opportunities for advocacy.

The day begins with a briefing on the federal policy landscape and a panel exploring which local advocacy tactics have proven most effective. Participants then move into state-specific caucuses, where they work directly with their state’s policy lead to align on shared priorities and identify advocacy activities for their communities.

By the end of the day, participants will leave with an actionable roadmap for state-level advocacy that can guide their efforts through the 2027 legislative session, along with a clearer understanding of how their efforts connect to a broader, coordinated coalition effort across all participating states.
